I drove past this between Salida and Cotopaxi on State Highway 50 in Colorado. I had to turn around and tell whoever that I stood with them totally assuming I was correct. I was and got the biggest hug of appreciation for doing so.

From my understanding, there are close to 3000 children being held around this country after being seized from their parents at the border.

Many will never see their Mom and Dad again because Republicans are totally evil.

You bastards!

Thank You Rachel !!!

Obama does not get a pass on his speech. This women understands and explains why. More should understand this especially on our side. You never get a pass for taking your country to war for lies. Obama has given these treasonous killers a "Hell of a job Brownie".

Thank you Crooks & Liars

That was a What the Fuck moment.
Unfortunately, many of us expected exactly that. I'm often accused of being a whinny traitor. I think we both call em as we see em. Strike three, this guys out.

  2. Yo Tim and good morning and thank you for your comments from yesterday. I fell asleep early last night.

I very much believe the issues we have today go back to not holding Bush accountable for his war for lies. I do not want to see bad things come to Obama it's just that on important issues he's a fucking republican and he will never get an okay from me on this shit.

    Have a good one!

  3. Obama could have just said the war was wrong, we'll pay to rebuild and dropped it. IMO he tried to appeal yet again to Repubs who still hate him, and yet again knew he could say whatever the hell he wanted and Dems would still be on his side. Yet another in a long list of what seem to be intentional miscalculations.

Losing some seats in Nov will probably help him, his Wall St-centric approach will be even more effective since those Dems who deride folks like us as whiners and assholes for wanting a more progressive platform can more effectively blame Obama's policy on Repubs.

  4. Oso that is so good and very correct. I don't have time to give the response it deserves except for a sincere thank you.

We are right about these things but we never get a chance to prove it---if only just once!

  5. I've only listened to clips of his speech, rather than the whole thing, but my first impression was that it sounded like it was written by a Bush speechwriter.

    I expected better.

I agree with Oso. He should have just said that the war was wrong, like he did before becoming President, and moved on. Just say are cleaning up another republican mess.

  6. No shit JC-simple true and to the point and doesn't need to be elaborated on.

They told him to say the other shit and of course he did what he was told!

  7. I also agree. He was told what to say.
Just as the rest have been told.
Some seem to enjoy it more than other.
The village half wit idiot W believed in what he said. O is well educated, and a great speaker. So it is even easier for him to sound credible.
The same handlers and pay-masters of war are still in charge. They just changed the puppet and the stage.

  9. Why is it our guys run to the right and the right runs further to the right?

The righties aren't going to vote for Obama no matter what. Why does he pander to these assholes?

Whoever is advising him needs a swift kick in the ass. All the way out the door. Unless it's Obama himself that thinks running to the right is a good idea. Then he may be kicking himself out the door come 2012. I still doubt it because the alternative is something worse than Bush. But you never know.
