I drove past this between Salida and Cotopaxi on State Highway 50 in Colorado. I had to turn around and tell whoever that I stood with them totally assuming I was correct. I was and got the biggest hug of appreciation for doing so.

From my understanding, there are close to 3000 children being held around this country after being seized from their parents at the border.

Many will never see their Mom and Dad again because Republicans are totally evil.

You bastards!

Sand Creek

I stopped here just because it needed to be stopped at. The story of this place is here. LINK

This is pretty much the whole place and the few survivors fled to the north the direction this picture looks.

What struck me about this was the length humans went to kill others. This site is literally out in the middle of nowhere even today. In November of 1864 it was much further than that by a long sight.

    1. I did see that and what's disturbing is that mentality such as this for other reasons is still around today.

  4. Well, people never change....
Whether it was the european settlers killing off natives, or today's soldiers(their descendants) killing off people abroad (Vietnam, A-Stan, Iraq, etc...).

But I am glad, that there are people like you who share links & stories with non-USAmericans.

    1. A Panthress has never visited before now let alone a pink one. The wee bit of hope I do have is that we can change. Fact of the matter is though is that humans enjoy killing.

Thank you for the kind words.
