Churchill Wins!!

Another boot up the ass to all the wingnut fucktards and simpleton dims. In those times when this all started many payed a price for taking a position of truth and reality. This was a payback for speaking out with many players involved locally and nationally waving the flag the whole time.

Denver Chief District Judge Larry Naves will decide in a separate hearing whether the former Boulder professor can return to his job or receive pay for years he could have worked at CU.

Had the media done their job instead of vilifying the man and the piece that was written this probably would not have happened.

These same people will be going ballistic once again with this verdict. It makes me cringe to think of the possible ways they will frame this. Will there be anywhere close to the same number defending Churchill's free speech rights now as there will be castrating him once again. Not hardly. And they wonder why they can't sell papers.

  1. Congrats to Ward.

Now if the Judge will rule in his favor for his return to his job and all the back pay.

This should be a sign to those in this country who would deny someone their right to free speech.

  2. I've got it. Anyone who is paid with socialist (public) funds must comport to the values of those who control socialist (public) money. He is in a position to influence students and he must not go against the current political wind. It does not matter what he said, what matters is someone in a postition of political power disagreed with what he said.

Gotta keep the populace inside the box.

They (R's) just cannot get over the fact that they live in a country that has opinions that do not match their's.

    Gang mentallity!

  3. Murkins don't take kindly to the suggestion, howsoever true it might be, that in the course of their daily labors, a great many of them are contributing in substantial ways to the subordination and oppression of the poor and marginalized people of the world.

Ward Churchill's comparison of some 9/11 victims to mini-eichmann's was ill-tmed, but not inaccurate, considering all Eichmann did was make sure the trains to the camps kept to a schedule....It wasn't his job to wonder what was in those trains. Anymore than it is not really the bidness of some drone in the IMF what burdens the regulations he writes exacts on the people who must live under them...

  4. PS> Churchill win't get his job back, and he won't get any money for the insult.

They'll tell him he's lucky not to be in jail with Leonard Peltier...

Now go write a book, Ward.
