Let's hope this turns around. More people are demanding "organic foods". With the "slow food" movement, more people are beginning to buy local foods (in season). This will place a great demand on the small farmer. This may sound foolish, but I like to believe that we can bring our food supply back to its natural source... the local, organic farm.
