ReplyDeleteBut where will the CIA get funding for their extralegal covert "ops" around the world? I think decriminalization is the answer. Legalization will just " weed out" the mom and poppers and the small family farmers. Industrial hemp growing should be encouraged to ween us off deforesting the world just to keep our naughty bits clean and fresh smelling.
