There's someone out there in Utah in the middle of nowhere who has his own goat agenda of some sort. It is completely unclear what that might be but there must be worry involved.
It seems somebody knows what this fellow is really up to. It won't be long and "goat person" will have to be contacted by the powers at large because - - - well just because ya see.
One, small and discreet, but so many people have them now and large ones, "body art." A checkout at the grocery store in town has several, and I would have never taken her as one to have any. Goes to show, people do have secret lives, although not so secret with the tattoos telling something....
In love it. Maybe he just wants to know what it's like to be wildlife.
