I drove past this between Salida and Cotopaxi on State Highway 50 in Colorado. I had to turn around and tell whoever that I stood with them totally assuming I was correct. I was and got the biggest hug of appreciation for doing so.

From my understanding, there are close to 3000 children being held around this country after being seized from their parents at the border.

Many will never see their Mom and Dad again because Republicans are totally evil.

You bastards!

    Dang, marmots do like to pose, don't they? I have photos of a marmot posing for me in Yosemite a few years back...

    In the desert SW there is a smaller spider that has a bit of fluffy red fur on it that is said to deliver the most painful bite imaginable.

    I think they're here as well. Ive seen a half a dozen in the year I've been here full time. Never close to the house and that's real good.

    I can't emphasize enough just how many there are.

    It needs to be said too that when I first noticed this there were two other sets of eyes for a second as well in the same 8-10 square foot area. I hope the ones that didn't get seen were NOT the granddaddy of them all.
