A Bit Of Life In El Nagalito

Yesterday got on the bus and went south a few miles and bought some fresh caught fish. Not quite sure what they are as Spanish is not good. What I can say is three fish cost 30 pesos or about $2.10 and it was a treat having a couple so far.

It just beautiful here and the greenery is dense and hill/mountains go straight up. You would not believe how nice the locals are. That's a treat too.

  1. Oh, my gosh, it looks/sounds like fun! Love your colorful header image ... little streets are so enticing. And fresh fish! Almost nothing better.

  2. Love your header! It's nasty here...horrendous winds, snow flurries, terribly cold. I'm glad the corn is not harvested or all the leaves would be in the yard. I'm also glad the corn is still standing and not knocked over.

  3. Hi Teresa. It's real interesting and strikingly pretty. Not sure how long I will be here but can for pretty sure I will be back. I think I want to drive next time. Tuesday will be checking out Mismaloya. It 's before you get to Boca.

Spring will be here before you know it girls. That goes for me too.

    1. It seems to be just that Barbara. Coming into a comfort zone. It's pretty easy all in all. It's certainly a treat when I know what the weather is like back north. But to be clear it's more about life overall than weather anywhere. Wish I could post more pictures. Thanks!
