Replaced by General Ray Odierno. Petraeus the wonder boy credited with all the success in Irak. So when things turn to shit this guy will get blamed. From what I read the situation is so very fragile anything could happen at any time. Money can get you many things and in this case less killing at least for a period of time anyway.
Seven of ours killed so far this month and it's like they are invisible to this country and to these candidates as the entire debacle is. We cannot leave soon enough and it sure as hell will not be anytime soon or if ever you can bet on it no matter what is being said. I'll believe it when it happens and is finished. Until then we've got squat.
