Marijuana use has increased in Colorado No linky

There is no data for 014 when implemented on January 1, 2014. More than that -

Nationally, about 7.4 percent of people 12 and older reported monthly marijuana use. That’s an increase of about 4 percent.

Says 530,000 Coloradans a month partake. My money says there are plenty more than that. This is and has been America's drug of choice for decades. Finally some sanity entered the picture here and in Washington state but let's continue the myth that it's bad because - hey usage is up.

 

Making Sure They Get Part Of Da Pot

Did a day trip and blasted up to Denver to see Doc for an adjustment and blood test results. It's all pretty damn decent considering. I am fortunate but that's not what this about. In that area there are a number of recreational and or medicinal stores to buy legal marijuana and associated products.

I wanted one of two things. Either oil or the wax and these are used in a vapor device of some sort which I have one of. The oil was not in a form that worked with my pipe but they had the wax which I bought a gram of. I want this to try for several reasons one of which is overall odor and discreteness.

Here's the bill. The initial $35 turned into $46.53 real quick. If you don't bring the special white zippered bag back you will buy another for three bucks. This is to protect the children.you see.

Several years ago I held a medical marijuana card and even then the number of people around these establishment surprised me and the little I've seen of the now legal recreational stores is even more surprising  at least to me.

Let's be straight here. I very much enjoy getting a buzz on in the morning and there ain't one damn thing wrong with that no matter what others may say. We'll check this new stuff out tomorrow morning. And fyi for anyone that's interested it looks like a generic oz is around 400 give or take without taxes.

What To Do What To Do

Many communities in Colorado fear the evil pot sooo much they just have a difficult time making good decisions. At least Denver did the right thing here.

The Denver City Council made a surprise move Monday, reversing an earlier decision that would have banned smoking marijuana on private property if it was in public view.

This Is Good Too

As Colorado muddles it's way through the pot issues and it's only an issue to those who lost and of course fear everything but not the State Senate who for the fourth time in a row did the right thing!

A marijuana blood limit for drivers was rejected Monday for a fourth time in the Colorado Senate, where bipartisan skepticism on the pot analogy to blood-alcohol limits helped sink the measure even in a weaker form.

It was the 5 nano gram limit they were after. When you got the cops wanting this and to them it was a good number you know it's bad. So many people would have gotten screwed, threatened and fucked with. 

Now these badges cannot jerk you around. They can but they will lose because marijuana is legal in Colorado and they have no way of proving THC in your system is impairing your driving  well - - - because it's not. 

It's the boozers and medicine chest junkies that are the real killers on the road not people who smoke herb. That's a fact whether you care to believe or not. I could give a shit. Talk to an honest cop and they will tell you the same.

Arysona Back With The Stupid

Doing their very best to fuck with people who have done nothing wrong. There's brown people who like the ganga too - - sooo maybe that's part of having their heads up their asses.

An appeals court has issued a ruling that upholds the right of authorities to prosecute pot smokers in Arizona for driving under the influence even when there is no evidence that they are actually high.

In November, voters in Colorado will decide whether to approve Amendment 64, a state-wide ballot initiative to end marijuana prohibition and regulate marijuana like alcohol. A new Rasmussen poll released Monday suggests the initiative could be well on the way to victory.

I expect so much outside money to start pouring into this state and not for the good guys.

obama Sends His Pot Goons To Arizona

Irregardless of this states other positions these suckers did pass a Medicinal Marijuana law. This is different because part of it is that state employees have to administer it. So what do you do if you be the commander and want to be known as a compassionate type of guy??

Well you threaten these state employees who are mandated by state law passed "by the people" of Arizona with federal prosecution. WTF anyway! bama you bastard you!!!

Understand this man has choices here. Choices that could make huge positive differences with literally millions of people here and other places in the word on this issue and many others as well. When you are President of the United States that is part of it. This man remains silent.

The U.S. Department of Justice has reiterated its warning that state employees are subject to federal prosecution for implementing the state's medical-marijuana program. One high-ranking state official pointed out that the letter exemplifies the tough position that Arizona authorities are in: Federal law says they can't participate in the program, yet a judge has ordered them to follow through on the will of Arizona voters.

A Real Smoke Screen

There is the distinct possibility there may be a vote to legalize da pot this November in Colorado. There is like 10 days left to get the rest of the signatures.

A historic bust up in the metro area of Denver.  90 arrested and it took hundreds of badges to get that done.

Who knows what else is coming down the tube to discredit this plant and those who very much want to use it to it's fullest capabilities.

In the end the guvmint even if some state does pass a legalization measure will ensure that all Americans who wish change in this matter and use marijuana remain criminals.
