72 Year Old Milkman Spared Jail For Delivering Pot Along With Da Milk

A milkman who admitted he delivered cannabis as well as pintas to elderly customers to ease their aches and pains, has been spared jail. 'He said he sold the cannabis to existing customers because they were old and had aches and pains,' said prosecutor Sarah Statham.

At least the court understood the situation that the elderly who were requesting this medicine were being helped and not hurt by this. This country isn't so smart when it comes to medicinal marijuana.
