I drove past this between Salida and Cotopaxi on State Highway 50 in Colorado. I had to turn around and tell whoever that I stood with them totally assuming I was correct. I was and got the biggest hug of appreciation for doing so.

From my understanding, there are close to 3000 children being held around this country after being seized from their parents at the border.

Many will never see their Mom and Dad again because Republicans are totally evil.

You bastards!

Dummy's (Hunters???) Killing Moose's Instead Of

ELK! That's right and in addition moose do not look like elk. If you are unable to tell the difference you don't deserve to have a gun in your hands. This fishwrapper is calling these accidents. They are not accidents

Link to two other accidents.

  1. I used to sell hunting licenses...wondered about some of them???? Asked them what kind of license and would get the funniest looks. :/ Then I'd ask them exactly what were they going to hunt??? another funny look :} I'm thinkin they just wanted to kill something/anything... Sometimes they had to call "mommy" to get their SS#. Very Scary... The first year our boys hunted (after their class) we made them hunt with no shells, but they had to go thru the motions (crossing fences, etc) You'd be surprised how many mistakes they made. At least it was with unloaded guns...

  2. Excellent observations. I'm too young to be trusted to buy a hunting license which wouldn't be done anyway but have to attend school.

  3. The Wasilla Chillbilly may need four shots to hit an elk on tranquillizers but even she knows an elk from a moose.

  4. I don't get hunting. I don't get the joy in plugging an innocent animal with a bullet.

To me, this constitutes deranged and unhealthy behavior.

  5. Killing an animal of any kind is brutal. No way around it. I hear what you say. There does have to be management - no way around it.

This society should have to watch butchering processes from beginning to end.

They should also have to watch the butchering of innocents done in our name.

Our eating and killing habits would change for the better.

  7. Good points you make...we see our share of stupid here- scary how dim so many guys who carry rifles are. At our house we call it "Something Season" because there are some who will shoot at anything that moves. Not everyone, but enough. I'm just sayin...the theme seems to be
Shoot it, stuff it, or marry it.

  8. By accident looking for a picture tonight Linda came across that picture. It's around Thompson. Between there and Grand Junction and maybe right out side of Thompson. The picture up now was taken right before that. The petroglyphs two miles north of there are out of this world so to speak.

Next year I make have to take a few doves so a friend can cook them over mesquite with a special type of cheese and pepper inside and wrapped with some special bacon. OH MY is that good. May I not hurt myself skippy. A few years ago some guys from Texass pulled off the interstate right up the road and banged off two elk in clear view. They didn't get away with it.
