I drove past this between Salida and Cotopaxi on State Highway 50 in Colorado. I had to turn around and tell whoever that I stood with them totally assuming I was correct. I was and got the biggest hug of appreciation for doing so.

From my understanding, there are close to 3000 children being held around this country after being seized from their parents at the border.

Many will never see their Mom and Dad again because Republicans are totally evil.

You bastards!

Sprinkles

And not talking about the kind that you put on cookies or a cake. The real thing called a shower. We had one and it settled the dust and it was a welcome change that lasted for a few hours.

  1. Lucky you! We have an afternoon shower everyday for two days at Salida, and Buena Vista.

The Pine Ridge Fire is at Debeque.

which is 60 miles from us. As of yesterday morning it was 5% contained. Everything is a tinder box here. We haven’t had rain or even snow since around Christmas last year.

    Scary!

  3. Got off work at 9:30pm. Still 94degrees. Some showers reported in Lawrence (go jayhawks) but they normally go north of us. Getting bad!
