bama gonna give a speech today in the same place Teddy Roosevelt did those many years ago in Kansas echoing some of the very same rhetoric.
Sounds like it will be a doozy and an idiot knows there is only one intent here and that is to get reelected.
Let's be clear then because bama is no Teddy Roosevelt nor is he ever going to be.
In addition where the hell has this man been the last three years? Oh that's right - he's been real busy keeping up with the bush killers and giving the repugs things that were once ours.
What is that alien doing there?
ReplyDeleteI've argued for nearly three years that Barry has an identity crisis.
ReplyDeleteHe's Teddy R., then Franklin R., then Truman, followed by JFK and more recently, St. Reagan.
I expect before his tenure is up, he will be Celia Cruz.
But it's his fascination with St. Reagan I find the most troubling.
Ano- the lady is laughing at the bama for being another chameleon politician.
ReplyDeleteOne word you used there Christopher that describes the best of all -"troubling".
ReplyDeleteWe are in severe trouble and bama has made it so! You and I and the others are not wrong here.
It's only grandstanding and I'm sure this man will put a lilt in his voice to make it seem he's like you and I.
I hate that. I just heard Cain say a few sentences for the first time just the other day. I miss nothing by not paying attention to these people including the bama.
The composition (statue and background) in the header is stunning!
ReplyDeletePoliticians are low-quality people , so don't expect anything good from anyone of them.
Duta- click on the link under the picture and see some more. Thanks for that!
ReplyDeleteThree wasted years.
ReplyDeleteOr were they?
Still there are wannabe dems out there that still believe this puppet.
We have gone more to the RIGHT in the last 3 years, than in the 8 years of W.
Face it folks we exist under a one party system.
They select so that we may elect.
As critical as I am about Obama, I think he's 100,000 times preferable to the Old Coot.
ReplyDeleteIf the Old Coot and Mama Grifter had won the 2008 race, Jim and I planned to relocate to Spain.
Regarding Obama, I scratch my head in disbelief how you evolve backward? Obama supported marriage equality back in Chicago but, once the promise of bright lights and big paychecks ignited a "fire in his belly," he opposed marriage equality based in religion.
I have two words for Obama: fuck you.
OF,
ReplyDeleteDon't forget that Roosevelt was a Republican. Osawatomie, Kan. is located about 50 miles SW of downtown Kansas City very near one of my work locations. (Yes, some of us do still work.)
Anyhow I saw him land at the Miami county airport in his presidential chopper about noon today. Along with several other big military choppers carrying his entorage and guardian force, ...a small army.
Then they were wisked away in the Limos (that were flown into Kansas City along with his chopper) to do the campaign speech.
In addition there were around 50 cop, sheriff and highway patrol cars guarding him from all the deer hunters, farmers, and unemployed who live in the area.
Since he didn't carry Kansas in the last election I wonder what this campaign stop cost us taxpayers.
What a F'n joke.
Oh ya, forgot to mention that there have been a bunch of Secret Service in the area for the last 10 days to secure the area.
Osowatomie has a couple of claims to fame. John Brown the civil war icon and the State Loonie farm. It is were harrywood shipped Rock Hudson to cure him of his "Social Problems" when word got out in the early 60's.
Later,
Tim in KC area
A bunch said there Tim. Thanks for all that. I understand he used talking points of the OWS message but of course never mentioned them.
ReplyDeleteAll incumbent presidents get the luxury of free transport. I understand when Cheney came to Beaver Creek cell phone service was shut down an hour on either side of his touchdown.
