This is Bistek al la Mexicana a common dish found many places. There are several places I get this some better than others but all real decent! Kind of a tomato based sauce with generally pretty tender pieces of beef and a fair amount of it. The rice is pretty generic but the frijoles can be something else. This also includes as many fresh made in front of you tortillas you want and brought to you with a smile. Something like this costs around 50-60 pesos or $3. The squeezed as you watch orange juice is 20 and brings the price up a bit but worth it. Nothing in the States I've ever had compares to this not even close plus it'll cost 7-10 smacks. I don't know what I'm going to eat when I return. It will be an adjustment as I do this so much that is go into Puerto Vallarta on the south side and have me a excellent lunch with "real" Mexican food not the slop I get back there. I do not plan on eating out much at all only at maybe three select places. Pricey yes but worth it because it's so good. I threw away so much money last summer eating way overpriced shitty food. Several times the food got thrown away as well. The whole of Mexico is an eating machine I tell you. I'm gonna miss this.

I feel good and and think the higher temps and humidity contributes to that. It's the same every time. After a month or two you realize and say " Hey I feel pretty damn good!"

Just as important I believe the food made fresh with wholesome fresh ingredients as well contributes to that. Get off the bus in town the food smells everywhere make me hungry just like that.

Keep Your Crosses Off My Property

Monster 12 footers along the roadside on public property. Public means that it's mine and the rules say there is a separation between church and state. Why the hell can't you religious crazy's understand this simple thing? Put your crosses on land you own or buy a bunch along the highway to install these icons to an invisible finger snapper that does not exist. Go for it as a way to show respect to your friends lost in the line of duty. Not an issue and I support that. But stay the hell off my land with your stupid bullshit. You are not being picked on or singled out.

If you are not aware Utah Highway Patrolman are notorious assholes!

  1. i never understand that about the religious freak... if you're so damn determined your right, why not just let the evidence speak? what's with all the threats and propaganda? what's with this aversion to evidence, facts, logic or science? doesn't that sort of indict the believers true level of "faith", the fact that they feel their faith will not conquer on its own?

    smh.....

  2. From my experience people that get "saved" do so becaue of some life altering event. Or sometimes there's a hot religious chick they want to hook up with so they get themselves saved as an opening line.

I never once heard of somebody finding The Lord because they saw a big cross. But if it makes these people feel good what are we out One Fly?

Atheists and agnostics are welcome to tithe at my church.

  4. Don't cut my hand off Truthmeni but these fuckers don't get any slack in this and frankly they can go feel good on their own property.

I'm sick of these fuckers being given legitamacy day in and out from media when they deserve little and never is there a person from the other side getting to state their views.

It's called mind fucking in my book!
