Knowing full well all the effects of the dynamics of our Empire's war with drugs that the only way out is real dialog about legalization. Guatemala has done just that with their vice president traveling and meeting with other leaders in the area.
Of course the Empire wants no part of this.

I agree RZ. These people do not have the agenda of the 1% here. They are so tired of the shit this country has caused them for years that is getting worse with the only plans the Empire has in store is escalation heading into the 5th decade of failure.
