Greetings from the deep south, basking in sunshine on the first day of the new year after the coldest December we have experienced since moving here.
We are abandoned by governments and corporations who use us and our emotions as their playthings. All we have is each other, our friends and families.
Very best new year wishes to the mighty One Fly and his loyal readers. Enjoy the video of Auld Lang Syne in the original language.
Thank you for that Holte. I can tell 011 is going to work out for you real good. May it be the best one ever for you.
ReplyDelete2011 is going to be tough, just like every year. There's too many things we have no control over, the best we can do make the most of things we can control. I hope this year is a good one for you Tom. Keep on fishing.
ReplyDeleteHolte and One Fly,
ReplyDeleteJust got back from running trails in the rain, starting the new year off like an idiot.Continuing in a vein of idiocy might be a more apt description!
One Fly keep on enjoying your photography and fishing, Holte more power to you in your efforts to find a cure for chicken legs among the native population as well as your plans to build a time machine!
Hey I just dropped by to wish you a very Happy New Year. Oso man you look 12..
ReplyDeleteTo You and Holte along with One Fly, all the best.
Tim and Melissa
LOL Tim thanks, from far enough away and dim lighting I look okay, bright light out of the bathroom mirror in the morning makes me look like a Morlock out of The Time Machine!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you, One Fly and to your readers. I always enjoy your pictures and your posts. It's been a tough 10 years and it doesn't look like things will get much better. I spend some time today at the Republic of Lakota's web site. Russell Means has some interesting perspectives on what he calls "Corporate Socialism". It made me stop and think for a bit. I have created a new blog, Cat's Blog which is a blog about nothing (hee hee). It will just be ramblings. Sometimes all we need is a place to express our feelings. Take care. We are heading towards Spring. Oh, it was a balmy 52 degrees here today. Nice!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to all and hope 2011 is good for all.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year One and Holte! Looking forward to aught 11 from you fine bloggers.
ReplyDeleteMont I just can't remember if I was over and wished you the same. If I was not the very same back at you. I do enjoy your posts and with Cat's I look forward to what you're going to put up at your new place and I suggest to anyone who comes buy to check it out. It's on the blog roll.
ReplyDeleteAnd Oso if you ever make it back to New Mexico I would like very much to meet up with you.
To all who have come by a giant thank you! TB
